Delivery Information

Shipping Details :

We offered domestic and international delivery services via POS LAJU MALAYSIA or NINJA VAN and others Currier/ Shipping Service Companies too, such as DHL, FedEX, and Skynet (if required), especially for international shipments. The Pos Laju Malaysia/ Ninja Van is a next day delivery service and it makes delivery on Monday to Saturday, excluding the first Saturday of every month and local public holidays. 

Delivery Duration :

Upon confirmation of payment and order, delivery usually takes 4-5 business days for Peninsular Malaysia and take up to 7 business days to Sabah and Sarawak. For international shipment will takes 1 - 2 weeks, depending on the mode of shipment and the appointed Currier/ Shipment Service Company.

Tracking Number :

The tracking number will be provided through email or WhatsApp once we have shipped out your order. You can use the tracking code provided and key in into the following links to track your shipment (apply for any shipment either via Pos Laju Malaysia or Ninja Van only). If you have not received your order within 5 working days, please contact or call us at (+6) 0127121839. 

Postage Charges :

Shipping charges are quoted based on weight (or order quantity) and will be automatically calculated during checkout.

Domestic Delivery
Postage fees for domestic delivery based on Pos Laju / Ninja Van Rate. The minimum charges apply are as follows:

West Malaysia – Starts From RM 8/ per item
Sabah & Sarawak – Start From RM 13/ per item

International Delivery
We charged based on POSLAJU International/ Ninja Van postage fees or by the charges quoted by the International Shipment/ Currier Service Company.

Receiver Responsibility :

It is the customer's responsibility to arrange a receiver for the shipment. We can only ensure that we ship to the correct address supplied to us during the checkout process. It is advisable to consider having a work/ office address as receiving address over a residential address. Please ensure the shipping address given is absolutely correct and accurate because we are unable to take responsibility for inaccurate information. All delivery items under shipment process fall under Terms & Condition by the POS LAJU MALAYSIA/ NINJA VAN and/ or the respective Shipment/Currier Service Company. We will not be responsible during the shipment process.
